October in Northwest Florida is glorious. Average temperatures are in the 70s, and there are more sunny days than at any other time during the year. If the air can be crisp in Florida, it is most likely to be crisp in October when humidity levels are at their lowest. In short, if you’ve been thinking about visiting Florida, go in October. We hope you’ll stay in NW Florida Bed and Breakfasts while there.
The 2011 October calendar is full of festivals and fun events:

They’ll celebrate nature and art. When not participating in these fine festivals, they’ll go for long beach walks and swim in the Gulf of Mexico.
All in all, October in Florida’s Forgotten Coast is worth remembering.
