Cinnamon Bundt Cake (from Hampton Lake Bed & Breakfast, Starke)


Preparation Time: 8 minutes

Ingredients:
1 Cinnamon Swirl Cake Mix (Betty Crocker)
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup sugar
3/4 Cup oil
8 ounce sour cream
1/4 Cup milk

Method:

Mix all ingredients together, except cinnamon mixture in box, beat 2-3 minutes. Cinnamon mixture may be swirled in or mixed with mixer. Pour into a greased Bundt pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool in pan 5-10 minutes and invert to plate, sprinkle with powder sugar.
