Hash Brown Casserole (from Hampton Lake Bed & Breakfast, Starke)

May be frozen for a short period of time

Preparation Time: 8 minutes

Serves: 12-15, 350

Ingredients:
1 package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes (30 oz.) thawed
1 can potato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
2 cups grated cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (or to taste)
1 chopped onion

Method:

Combine all ingredients, stirring well; spoon into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes. May use individual dishes to bake. (back to top of page)
