Pilot House

A grand two-story Victorian Mansion built circa 1900 by Julius Otto as his private home. Today the structure stands proud in the center of the Key West Historical District knows as Old Town. It boasts verandas and porches with hand-milled spindles and gingerbread trim.

Newly added to the tropical paradise of the Pilot House compound are the brand-new Poolside Cabana Suites, which feature in-room Jacuzzis, bathtub, wet bars, and modern tropical decor.  Each has its own outside entrance.

Appointed with a careful blend of antiques and decorated with tropical furnishings accommodating the discriminating tastes of the experienced travelers. We offer unique lodging accommodations with eight guest rooms to choose from, all with private bath, color TV, private line phones, air-conditioning, and paddle fans.

When you reach your destination to our Southernmost City you will appreciate our careful attention to detail. The guest rooms' original hardwood floors gleam with pride as they support the massive moldings stretching to the twelve foot ceilings.
