Oktoberfest is a lively celebration of German culture, originally rooted in Munich, but now enjoyed by folks all around the world—including right here in Martin County, Florida!
Known for its festive atmosphere, Oktoberfest celebrations typically feature traditional German food like bratwurst and pretzels, frothy beers, lively music, and vibrant dances. It’s a time to gather with friends, enjoy local brews, and embrace the spirit of German gemütlichkeit (friendliness and good cheer).
Whether you’re a fan of hearty cuisine or lively music, here are three ways to celebrate Oktoberfest in our little slice of paradise!
Oktoberfest at Frazier Creek
Oktoberfest is happening now through October 6th at Frazier Creek Brewing & Distilling Co! Their Oktoberfest lineup is a symphony of German flavors! Get your steins ready and don your dirndls and lederhosen, because it’s time to party Oktoberfest style.
The Wheel of Destiny spins Monday – Thursday after Happy Hour, and all day Sundays for exciting spot discounts during the last 5 minutes of the hour. Whichever beer the wheel lands on, you score a full pour for the half-pour price during the final 5 minutes of the hour.

Dress the theme in your party duds and dance the night away in the main gallery of the Elliott Museum. There will be Professional dance instructors from Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Stuart giving Group instruction from 5:30PM to 6:00PM. professional couple on the floor for the duration of the event from 6:00PM to 9:00PM to keep the dance going!
Admission includes party food.
There will also be a cash bar for soft drinks, wine, beer, and liquor.
