High Springs has a variety of eateries, some that are participating in the Holiday Shop and Art Walk (Great Outdoors Restaurant, Headwaters Restaurant, Spins: Sweet and Savory), and other must-try establishments, such as The Talented Cookie and High Springs Brewing Company, just to name a few.

Make sure to build in extra time to experience what High Springs is famous for – the year-round 72 degree waters of the area’s crystal-blue freshwater springs, the original Florida State Park, O’ Leno, and canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding on the Santa Fe River. Rent a canoe, kayak, or paddleboard for the Santa Fe Canoe Outpost, or bring your own and let them handle the rest.
