All You Need is Love and Music from The Impostors Featuring The Beatles Covers at the Free Fridays Concert Series

The region’s largest and longest running free outdoor concert series features performances each Friday night through August 25. The Impostors play a wide selection of The Beatles’ favorites from popular hits of their early heydays, through the experimental era of the “Revolver” and “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” albums, to the “Abbey Road” album and their final rooftop appearance. This “Free Fridays” concert will also include songs from other artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Beatles songs new to their repertoire and a special performance of a newly recorded Impostors’ original. Enjoy food and drinks from nearby cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Admission is free.

Passerine delivers a fresh approach to folk and bluegrass music with original songs and their own arrangements of traditional songs. The band’s distinctive sound combines vocal harmonies, the crisp rhythms of an acoustic guitar, the haunting voices of the fiddle and dobro (resonator slide guitar), the resonant lows of an acoustic bass.
Heartwood Soundstage is located at the center of South Main Station and features an indoor listening room and outdoor festival stage. South Main Station is a community gathering space, home to the weekly GNV Market on Thursdays and local dining options Humble Wood Fire and Bingo Deli and Pub.
